I stayed one night in this hotel after finishing the Camino de Santiago. The rooms are big, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Good location pretty near the Plaza del Obradoiro and close to the shopping streets.

Very Clean, spacious room, close to Old city, nice staff, willing to help at all the times, just giving directions, too bad that dont include parking, but cost of parking is an extra 15 euros per day,

Very bad feeling after obviously unexperienced and untrained staff refuses to show pool and fitness amenities prior to booking suite for one week with family during summer. Hotel has just lost shamefully a client over inappropriate behaviour of grooms.
