Found this terrace bar by accident. It is just at the top of the hill from the San Francisco Hotel Monumento. You could walk past entrance. Do not. Just to sit in the garden under the vines with an expresso is all you need. The small fountain adds to the good feeling.

This hotel is in a lovely old building has super staff and is in a great location.It also has a nice little garden and terrace.The breakfast was superb and nothing was too much trouble.I would say however that it was quite noisy, the bed was too small and the bathroom needed an upgrade.Was good value for money though.
