A fairly old property well located nearby a subway station in Madrid. One could expect better from a Mercure. The bathroom plug for the shaver in the bathroom did not work. I informed the housekeeping staff. Yet, the following day, nothing changed. But the rooms are quiet and clean. Breakfast was good but expensive for what it is. More

I always stay in this hotel with my family whenever we visit Madrid, we stayed there over 10 times in the past 10 years. The location is the best and the staff are wonderful and attentive. Its a shame the hotel is getting somewhat out of shape though, the rooms clearly need immidiate renovations. More
