Only positive was the great location. Staff were distant, rooms were low quality, TV didn't work, WiFi was paid only and low signal. No mini fridge, no hair dryer, basic amenities most modern hotels should have. And the lowest water pressure of any hotel I've ever stayed in.

My friends and mom stayed here. Eventhough nice location, average cleanliness BUT there was no heater working in december, not even hot water!!! Cockroach in lobby! Tv not working, staff unpleasant they did not try to them feel welcomed and solved none of their problems.! No hairdryer!! ALL SERVICES STATED ON WEBSITE BUT WERE NOT THERE!!

A simple hotel, a bit dated but overall well maintained. If you`re not looking for luxury, but a basic place to stay with an ok bathroom, then this is it. The best feature about this hotel is the location. It`s close to Puerta del Sol, Gran Via and lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
