Have been there for a congress trip. Room a bit small but very clean (batroom was a pleasure), hotel, services, very good, and people very kind. Breakfast was nice in the normal restaurant, but did not enjoy at all when congress people was separated. I wonder why this was needed?? More

Melia Castilla is an excellent flagship of the Melia business hotels. It is huge, but staff is highly professional and still very friendly and attentive. My (Premium) room was large and comfortable and very quiet, beds were of the type you get in and feel comfy. Great shower, and spongy towels, everything impeccably clean. The hotel has all the amenities expected for a place at this level and it is really well located in calm and nice neighborhood.
