My biggest complaint is about the Wi-Fi access. You may have "Free Wi-Fi in rooms", but beware of disconnections. You get disconnected every 30 minutes, and sometimes you need to wait tens of minutes before getting reconnected. Surely they offer "high-speed" internet for 20 euros a day, but I still expect "low-speed" internet to be reliable, even when it's free... More

This is a fantastic hotel, it looks nothing from the outside but the rooms are beautifully appointed. The service is great and the staff are excellent. It also has top rate conference facilities that my husband says are some of the best he has come across. Highly recommend it.

This is a great hotel with very good service and modern rooms and decorations. We stayed on The Level floor and the service was eceptional. The breakfast was very good with many choices and freshly made churos and hot cholocate.

The hotel tends to attract very large groups, so at times it was challenging to get back up to the 11th floor depending on what time the tour buses rolled in. I stayed in this hotel for two nights during a conference/meeting. The hotel was nice, food was good, and the facilities were very fine.
