I carefully research my hotel choices before I book, so a hotel usually does not surprise me very much, either positively or negatively. The Adler did surprise me. . . service at this hotel during my 5 day stay has been super. Just the right mix of personal, friendly, formal, but always capable. The hotel is relatively small, so remembering... More

I've stayed at the Adler a couple of times now when in Madrid visiting friends. It's such a beautiful hotel. It's grand without being too big. The rooms are large, very luxurious and decadently decorated. The hotel itself is very conveniently situated for high end shopping and eating and there's the added benefit of the hotel garage to store your... More

I requested a quiet room in advance. I was given room 310 and loved it. The staff members are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and were very helpful with our sight seeing questions. They were always willing to hail us a cab (we often used the metro which is very very close to... More

We stayed at the Adler for four nights in early November while on a business trip. First, the staff is top-notch, from the bellmen and reception staff, to the housekeeping team. Everyone bent over backwards to help us with every little request. Second, the lobby and small bar area are beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We didn't eat in the... More

We appreciate your comments on our staff both reception and housekeeping. We always try to satisfy our guests and make them fell at home. The hotel decor was made by the famous designer Pascua Ortega with a classic and an intimate style. As you well remark, the rooms are properly soundproof despite of the traffic around the Adler. We are... More

We really enjoyed your comments. Tapas bars and restaurants all around that we are sure you have well visited. A white rabbit to run down the stairs? Perhaps our black and white tiled floors remembers you the film “Alice in Wonderland” Charming! After “a working hard day” just relax not only in the room but also in the bathroom. I... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at this lovely hotel for almost a week. It was excellent. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They helped us with all the dinner reservations. We also had a problem with the reservation I made online for the most famous Flamenco Show in town at El Corral de la Mareria, but once I mentioned... More

Thank you for your ticks about the hotel and staff. In fact the receptionists are highly qualified to resolve any doubt or problem that guests may have. Related to the light in the room, please let us know next time in order to provide you an extra lamp. Although we have specific rooms for non smokers, it is true that... More
