Our recent stay was delightful. Attention to detail and helpfulness of staff, as well as the superior room furnishings and warm feeling were most appreciated. Early arrival room availability, airport pick up, late check out and general friendliness were a great bonus. This was a particularly enjoyable stay for both of us and one that I would repeat again.

excellent well kept maintained hotel. However, breakfast was cold, included in the price, but i would certainly not eat there out of choice. Great location. Everytime we left the room on our return there would be chocolates, fruit on our bed.

I don't want to repeat too much of what has already been said here. This is a really nice traditional hotel with excellent service slap bang in the middle of the nicest shopping area of Madrid. Just don't use th inhouse restaurant - it is very expensive and you can get as good or better nearby for half the price.... More
