The best thing of this hotel is the place where it is: Madrid heart!!! Our bedroom doesn't have frigobar but is was find, the staff is nice, everything is clean, the blankets are very soft... it's good! Ah, they don't give you free internet wifi :(

Wonderful location. Staff seem irritated with guests. We were scared to ask directions as staff was not thrilled to assist. Close to many main atractions. No bar fridge in room however inexpensive bar at hotel.
