Wonderful location, good neighborhood. Spacious and very clean rooms. Food was all rite, if you want to experience real spanish food, go to downtown and you will find numerous restaurants and bars. Wifi in the lobby was free but if you want to use it in the room you have to pay.. All staff speaks english :)

Traveled here in May. What an amazing hotel. Enjoyed a Deluxe Suite all to myself, fully kitted with Mini Kitchenette. The food in the Restaurant is excellent. My only complaint is that the service was a little on the slow side in the Restaurant. I also enjoyed the fantastic Panoramic lift within the hotel. Enjoy !

Really good location , in Madrid , close to metro station , very big rooms , and confortable . They should give internet free in rooms , if they give free internet in lobby , dont see the reason not to give in rooms .
