Having stayed at this Hotel numerous times there is nothing that I can really complain about if anything goes wrong, not just in the Hotel, they will try their utmost to correct it. We went for a weekend to Madrid and stayed in this hidden gem, which is perfectly located to explore the best of Madrid.

The hotel is ideally placed on a side street right near Gran Via, you have easy access to the subway, shopping area and some of the local attractions. The rooms are very spacious, clean, personnel is very kind and helpful, breakfast delicious. We promised that we will definitely go back for another holiday in Madrid @Siete Islas of course!

Very friendly staff, spacious room, fully equipped bathroom. Smoking rooms available. PC available in the reception. Central location near the Gran Via Metro Station and in walking distance to all main locations in Central Madrid. In retrospect I would've probably preferred to stay closer to Puerta del Sol but the hotel is at least a 4.5.
