With car 10min from the city center, and good parking, clean room and good fercility. Night view is amazing because of the high location of the Madrid city. More

I booked this hotel as I had a car and did not want to pay for expensive car parks in Madeid(that's if you can find one). It is only a 12 minute drive to the centre, or you can park in the suburbs and get the metro. The receptionist was a pleasant man, who spoke good English. The room was... More

I travelled to Madrid in February 2010 on business reasons. I got the to the hotel after a fairly long flight, and even longer taxi drive (it's almost 30 mins drive from the main Madrid airport by highway). When I reached the hotel I was told that my room wasn't reasdy yet (it was somewhere around 13.00h), but after 30-45... More

I stayed at Eurostars Zarzuela in November. I think the hotel is nice, but I think it would have been even better in summer, as the swimming pool is outdoors and can not be used in November. With a recent promotion, the price was quite attractive (if pre-paid) and then it became a much more attractive proposal compared to another... More

I stayed at this hotel with my wife while atteding a sporting event nearby. Having looked at previous reviews I was a little apprehensive about the location, need for a cash deposit, lack of nearby local restaurants and the quality of service. But, because I needed a hire car and more centrally located hotels were charging up to 25 euros a... Good clean hotel with a nice pool for kids. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful and polite. Minor thing was that food is very expensive from the menu, but we ate out so no problems. You need a car to stay here, it's about 8Km out of town but this is reflected in the price, we were just stopping... More

New hotel in suburban ( and seemingly new) residential area. Quite green and airy despite the construction and roads etc. Nothing local in the way of shops, bars etc, so everything is a (frequent) 10-15 minute bus ride away to the nearest Metro station in the student area. Good place to stay if arriving in Madrid by/with car. Out of holiday... More

This hotel is VERY far from the city centre. To get to Moncloa (which is not even where the attactions are) you need at least 20 minutes on a bus that stops in front of the hotel every 20/25 min. The hotel is located in a very quiet and brand new residential area, there is basically nothing there. So if... More

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days in July! Very nice hotel. clean rooms, quite and a nice pool. Only minus is its location. There IS nothing to do in walking distance from the hotel. No shops, no nothing. It takes about 30 min to get to the city center with public transport, but it stops quite early in the... More

We booked this hotel for the pool, which we can't fault. Be warned when you check in, they will ask for a deposit, even if you have paid for the holiday. We only had €250 euros in total for entire stay, but still had to pay €150 deposit, which would only be returned on check-out. We had to catch bus... More
