It's an alright place to stay. It could be cleaner, and it looks very old (the room, the kitchen stuff, the elevators), but everything works as it should. Service was very poor, staff were rude. The curtains got caught in the window when it was opened, so the curatin was nearly ripped in trying to do so. When we asked for a hairdryer we were told 'NO'. I would not recmomend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed at the Andomeda for 6 nights in early May 2006. The hotel has a number of weak points but also has a number of strong points. the weak points include: poor curtains, and potentially unsafe cooking arrangements, as the electric stove is built into what would otherwise have been the drainer of the sink, and shabby tiled halls....
