I use this hotel when travelling on business. Clean and well finished with excellent staff. My only gripe as a business traveller is that there are no irons in the hotel at all. A laudry service exists but thats no good for a late night freshen up! No restuarant for evening meals but room service or tanle service is available... More

We stayed in a wide variety of hotels during our Andalucia trip (from B&Bs to 5 star) and this is one of our favourites because it offered such good value for money (Madrid hotels in a good location are not cheap). It isn't a huge hotel with hundreds of rooms so it felt a bit more intimate even though the... More

We chose this hotel mostly because it was one of the rare central hotels that suited our budget (although we had to stretch it to its maximum). It lies just in the middle of two metro stops (Plaza de Espana and Ventura Rodriguez) both of which are 10 minutes away. We liked the neighbourhood very much, especially Martin de Los... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in July 2011 and would probably stay again. The rooms were nice and modern, although the wi-fi connection was quite poor in our room but there was a computer available in the lobby if necessary. The receptionists spoke good English and the hotel was reasonably close to a metro station. More

This modern hotel in its' well-aged neighborhood may be a bit of a challenge to find on foot at first ( no huge neon sign ) but a walk in the area is well worth the adventure. Attractive hotel staff were very informative and friendly. After a long day of walking, our room was perfect. Like Barcelona, Madrid rewards lots... More

5 minute walk from Plaza de Espana metro stop, free internet, nice room... zero issues. I'd stay here again for sure. More

Amazing rooms, very new, great service - though I paid a bit more than my budget. Very conveniently located near Plaza de Espana metro station. I strongly recommend it. More

The hotel was of fair quality - certainly a decent value. The amenities were not the greatest, but decent. Our room was larger than most hotel rooms you'll find in Europe, but it ended up being a lot of empty space. The staff was not the most courteous, but they certainly were not rude. Good location - less than a... More

Service was helpful. Rooms were modern and clean. The shower was warm and had decent pressure. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. More

Very modern, clean and what can we say? It was impossible to adjust the temperature. It was not the most friendly place, and the wi-fi was non existant. Although it was supposed to be. If we had it to do again, We'd skip Madrid & go straight to Sevilla. More
