Hotel was in great location. Room had a large balcony but It did not look onto much. We were given wrong room at first then upgraded. I as running a conference at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and this hotel is located opposite the building we were in. The rooms are of a good standard and the location is great. The lobby is a little dark/dull which is a shame.
