The Melia is a lovely hotel and the gardens are beautifully kept. Wish I could say the same about the dining room. In need of a refurb and the cleanliness was poor. Dirty cutlery and glasses. Looking at the public rooms and foyer all looks well but beyond that where do the four stars come from.
