Very nice place, very good location with a nice price. Five minutes walking from historical center, carefour express market and 20 minutes from train station that can be easily reached More

The hotel is fine, but let me start with the most important part first. They really don't treat English language as a priority. If you arrive very late or want to check out very early you have a good chance of finding at the front desk someone who does not speak any English whatsoever. Henry was the only one there... More

Our family spent Christmas at this hotel we had four nights reserved after we walked in and so there were no amenities or a place to even get a cup of coffee in the morning. We decided to leave the"affable owner" penalized us 2 nights stay even though that's not stated at booking unless your on a strict budget look elsewhere. The place is located in one of the best and strategic position of the centre. You will be welcomed and assisted with professionalism but also with the pleasant kindness of the owner. The room was clean, warm and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower were also fine. It's a very good relation between price and quality. Very recommended. More

I can't commend this hotel enough. It is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in in Italy. Lovely bathroom, fresh towels every day and a fabulous and friendly staff. It's a bit tricky to find from the train station. The ALIBUS from the airport takes 30 minutes. You can buy the tickets aboard the bus. Ask for Napoli central. In... More

We were attracted to Hotel Europeo by the low rates that were offered (just a tad over 32 euros a night for a twin sharing). Getting to the "hotel' was quite a chore, as it required taking a bus from Napoli Centrale, before embarking on a 200-300m uphill walk on rather uneven streets. Not exactly the best way to treat... Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and the location awesome. As is the city and it's people. I was a bit scared before because of some reviews saying it's dangerous and dirty and my last stay was in 2004. However, I was once again enchanted by Naples, didnt feel unsafe at all and the hotel is the perfect... More

This hotel has a great location in the center of Napoli on walking distance to all major sights, most famous pizzerias are also 5 min away. The staff is very very helpful. Small inconvenience : the rooms are not very well isolated from outside noise (noise from other rooms) More

My partner and I stayed in this hotel for three nights in mid-November. Our room was very basic, but the location was perfect for our first trip to Naples, and the price couldn't be beat (we paid about 60 US dollars per night for the room). The hotel is located in the university quarter, and the neighborhood is full of... More
