Nice value-for-money hotel, only 10 minutes walk from Roma Termini station and at walking distance of various places of interest. Not very luxury, but what you need for a short stay is there. Rooms seem to be used by smoking guests, which you can smell as a non-smoking guest. Service was ok.

Very Simple but comfortable, B&B, Nice Rooms, Basic breakfast, Good Location ( 5 min from station termini) and next to Santa Maria Maggiori church. Friendly and helpful stuff, 24 hours reception. Good Value!

Very nice people who are really willing to help. But because of reconstruction of the hallways it was very dusty everywhere. Two nights we have had a fire alarm, not because there was a fire, but because the electricity went out. As a result of this there was also NO water (not for the toilet and not for the shower).... two times there was no electricity nor water in the hotel and neighborhood. he staircases and walls in the corridoors were to be repaired and painted. this created discomfort. Apart from these events it was OK

I would rate this hotel highly on all counts and would recommend it to anyone. Location is good relative to Basilica. Breakfast was of typical continental type but of good quality. On first arriving at the hotel it does not look much and difficult bringing cases up to the first floor. however, rooms were very clean, 24 hour staff who were very helpful and friendly. small courtyard off our room where breakfast was served was great and nice for a drink in the evening. rooms serviced each day and fresh towels....
