Host was friendly and accomodating. Location was superb. Five minutes to the Coloseum, very good location for trains. Room was a little spartan but comfortable.

Location-wise - an excellent place, literally 5 minutes walking distance from the Termini station, walking distance to all main attractions: 20-minute walk to the Colosseum, Spanish steps - 25 minutes walking distance.
