We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the B&B. The hosts are very friendly and are willing to do anything to help with your stay- from booking taxi's to providing information about tourist attractions and how to get around. It is only a 10 min walk to the colosseum, and is very close to most other things- perhaps a half hour... More

Stayed for one night after struggling to find a hotel near the city centre that wasn't way outwith budget. That were very pleasant 4 nights at La Stella. Big and clean rooms, comfortable bed, shared but very clean bathroom. Location is close to ancient Rome but in quiet surrounding. Bar with music 50m from building. One remark: it would be nice to have corkscrew and wineglasses in rooms.

Was the first time we went in Italy. Our vacation was perfect as our accommodation. Nice room, big and clean, with TV, heater and fan. Italian breakfast with a delicious cappuccino, yougurt, croissant. shared bathroom but very clean. great staff and hospitality .. bye catherine! excellent location near the Colosseum (just 1.5 km walk).
