I was skeptical about booking our stay at the Alessandro III because it was so cheap, compared to other listings. It looked nice, so we booked it. It was a delight and a real find. The owner lives on the premises and is more than willing to give you directions or advice about getting around Rome, and what to see.... More

We spent 4 days here enjoying wonderful hospitality of the owners and great location - walking distance to Vatican Basiilica and Museums. Good an plentyful breakfast is provided daily. There's a bus taking you to all Rome sites nearby as well as many reasonable eating spots. It's also very quiet at night. More

I have never taken the time to do a Trip Advisor review even though I have used Trip Advisor many times. This bed and breakfast was so great that I have decided to take the time to share our experience. Right from our first email inquiries, Rafaelle was a wonderful host, always replying promptly and offering to assist us with... More

The two men who staff this place were very helpful and went out of their way to spend time with our family and help us figure out Rome. They shared with us tips on traveling, site seeing, taking public transportation and even showed us around the neighborhood and pointed out their favorite place to eat in the area. The rooms... More

We ended our Med cruise in Rome & stayed at this B&B for 1 night. This place was very clean & air conditioned. The breakfast was delicious with the freshest buns, fruit & cheese you could want. We were also able to check in for our flight with the free internet available. This is only a 5 minute walk from... More

We only had one night here but will be happy to return again to this tucked away gem of a BnB. With only three rooms on a side street, you feel more like a resident than one of the tourist masses. If you want to be close to the Vatican but apart from the crowds, this is an ideal spot.... More

I arrived around 7pm in the dark and the bell wasn't working, but Guili, bless him, was watching from the window for me and I was soon welcomed into the lovely establishment where I met Guili and Raffaele who between them run the bed and breakfast. Situated just yards from the Vatican and easy travel into central Rome, the b&b... More
