We stay there for 3 nights with 2 adults and 1 child. The flat is very well organised and good furnished. The beds are good and the bathroom is good aswell. The flat is well located 2 mins by foot from Piramide station and not far from the main points to see.

I stayed in the appartment for almost a week. Friendly staff, good contact before arrival with detailed explanation how to get to the place etc. Very good costs to value, excellent location near the city centre, clean inside. Cons: aa bit noisy at night (old windows) and small bathroom. Otherwise all good.

We stayed 3 nights with our 2 teenage boys and found the apartment clean and great value for money, with easy accessibility to central Rome via the metro. Although quite rustic, beds were comfortable and our boys loved sleeping on the mezzanine.

Communication by e-mail with the owner/agency after booking was always prompt and detailed. We were there with 4 years old twins. The apartment, however small, was enough for us. It was clean (and we are talking about Italy!) and comphy. Metro, trains and buses within 2 minutes walking distance. Grocery shop nearby. The owner was very helpful, and he let us stay longer, so we didn't have to wait at the airport:)
