This modern room in an ancient building next to the Colosium is the perfect location for your visit to Rome. Lots of water pressure, comfortable bed, A/C. No English on the TV :-), but good WIFI. Dominic at the Coming Out Bar is so friendly, and beautiful, and makes great coffee! We loved our stay.

This hotel is located about a 3 minute walk from the metro station which was perfect for us. It is very easy to find and right next to the Colosseum. The area was lively and there were plenty of great bars and restaurants. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The noise from the bar below was minimal.... More

Nice location, nice rooms. We had the Decolte, chosen because it was on the courtyard side so 'less noise'. We stayed on a friday and saturday night. I didn't get to sleep til 1am... And was woken up at 6am. The noise from the hallway is horrible, doors slamming shut, and could also hear the music thumping from the bar.... More

Arrived with my partner late at night. We were unsure what to expect when we were directed to the bar "coming out" to check in. From that moment onwards things just got better & better. We stayed here for 4 days in October 2011. It is clean, new, pretty close to the Metro and when you eat your continental breakfast you have the Colloseum as a backdrop! Very friendly and helpful people, the rooms have fresh, very nice and pleasant design, they are large and very comfortable (especially the bed), calm and very clean. The breakfast included is copious. The location close to the roman colosseum is very well as it is possible to enjoy the ancient rome by foot from the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at 2ndfloor very much. Location was excellent, right next to Colosseum (our room at a side view of the Colosseum). Staff are friendly and cute.
