I actually stayed here two years ago on my prior trip to rome. Great location, walking distance to the metro and the vatican. There are dozens of cafes, pastery shops, etc within walking distance. Totally reasonable room rates...yes the rooms aren't huge, but that's how europe is...and really who goes to rome to stay in the room. I loaded up... More

This hotel was a decent hotel for the money. The location was a little difficult to find if walking from the metro stop because the sign is hidden. If walking from the metro the first time you arrive make sure to carry a map with you. The rooms were ok but a little worn and small for four people. The... More

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my Mother-in-law while we were touring Europe. After all the reviews I had read about hotels in my price range in Rome, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Hotel Nova Domus was just perfect for my needs! As an American, I've stayed in my fair share of ultra-luxury hotel... More

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The Air Conditioning in the Room did not work, the lamps did not work, the room was extremely worn, there was mold on the wall under the window, carpet was filthy, and location was very inconvenient. Do not waste your money on this DUMP. More

The hotel and the room was a bit worn. TV was out of order and it was impossible to set the AC temperature. OK breakfast. About a 15 minute walk from the Vatican Museum. The price was low, so all in all is good value for the money. More

We read the reviews after we booked for the hotel and were very apprehensive if it was a right hotel. However we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel and may be it is because we were lucky to get one of the better rooms. (cos we heard a couple complaining that the AC was not working in... More

A good and confortable hotel. The room was quite big and spacious. It was very clean, everyday someone came and vacuumed the room, changed the bed linen, replace every used object. The TV had just 4 or 5 channelswich isn't a big tragedy for a tourist in Rome but more channels would be welcome. The bathrooms was large enough but... More

We stayed here for 1-night at the beginning of a Collette Explorations tour of Tuscany and Umbria. This was such a bad choice of hotels: location, customer service, rooms!! I can't believe that a tour company wants their guests to start out in this dump. In fact, I renamed the hotel Nova Dump-Us. As soon as I saw my room,... More

Stayed at the hotel twice, first time it was a double room with shower cabin (which was ok) the second time it was a triple (bigger room with big bath - which was perfect). Room was cleaned every day and towels changed also every day. Breakfast was great with a wide choice of bakery and omlette, bacon, juice, tea, coffee,... More

Receptionist on arrival was very rude on asking for our passport why they need it,the rest of the staff are helpful, breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was accessible to restaurants and shops. The hotel itself needs updating, uncomfortable beds and poor air conditioning.Staff needs further training on customer service specially the receptionist as they were the first person welcoming...
