Our suitcases were clearly rifled through and my duty free Chanel perfume was stolen by the cleaner during our week long stay at this hotel. The room smelt strongly of sewage, the smell emanating through the bath plug and toilet. While this hotel is undeniably in a fantastic location, I would never in a million years stay here again. There... More

We booked through BA Flight & Hotel - arranged for the Hotel to pick us up (cheaper than BA) 50Euro to met by a lovely man in a merc who gave us a guided tour and local knowledge for the 50 minute drive to the Hotel. The staff there are great and very helpful. Loads of food at breakfast, the... More

This was our first trip to Rome and the location was absolutely fantastic! Every site was within walking distance and there were lots of shops and restaurants nearby to choose from. Our room upon arrival was on the small side but as soon as a larger room became available staff were happy to move us. Staff were friendly and helpful... More

Location could not be beaten. Very quiet at night in spite of being on busy Via del Corso. Easy walk to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon plus numerous narrow winding streets and eateries. Near parliament and very heavily policed I have never seen such a clean hotel. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Bear in mind that this is a... More

There was a massive number of hotels in Rome to choose from and we got lucky on our first trip to Rome. We had an excellent room with a balcony overlooking the Christmas-lit street. It was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. We walked to the Roman Forum, the Coloseum, Trevi Fountain,... More

I think that I am repeating everything that everyone else is saying but the location of this hotel can not be beaten. The Trevi fountain is a 3 min walk. The pantheon is a 5 min walk. The furthest place was the Vatican and that was a 20 min leisurely walk. We were here for five days and never used... More

My partner had been to Rome before and said that the location of this hotel is the best. Pleasant and helpful staff. We had a room at the front of this... More

We booked through BA and pre paid so rate was great. Walk to every attraction, seriously. The location cannot be touched. Very clean, nice breakfast, OK bed, small bath (it's Roma!), tiny lobby. We had a front room with tiny veranda for people watching. This place is not a four star but just great. This is a perfectly fine place... More

Although there is nothing fancy about this small hotel, my husband and I would like to agree with everyone who has commented on its perfect location - a few minutes to the Pantheon in one direction, and the same to the Trevi Fountain on the other. As we prefer not to use public transport on city break holidays, we found... More

Thanks to the reviews on Trip Advisor we chose Hotel Regno. We are so glad we did. The hotel could not be in a better location and for the 4 days we stayed there, we explored the entire city without using any public transport. We had stayed in room 450 which was considerably larger than we expected, which had a... More
