I stayed here in February with my husband and my mother. We had 1 double room and 1 single room. It was perfect for us. We got a great price. Right outside the hotel is a metro stop that makes it very easy to get to all the sights. This hotel is very charming and the staff is very welcoming.... More

I am a veteran traveler from New York City that has stayed in various hotels and hostels throughout Europe and I have to say my week long stay at the Napoleon Hotel was excellent! We were a party of 3 and found the property to be very nice and comfortable and the service very helpful and accommodating. The metro station... More

Dear Guest, I appreciate in a special way your review, not only because it outlines very well some positive features of the hotel Napoleon, but also because it comes from an expert traveler coming from a town that is for me the town of the greatest hotels of the world, which have made the History of the hotels in the... Definitely book your stay here! The entire staff was very helpful and it's steps away from the Metro station (right outside the hotel). Do ask the staff for recommendations of non touristy restaurants in the areas you will be visiting. We were recommended to one near the Trevi Fountain and went back twice because was soo good (Osteria Allegro Pachino)!... More

Dear Guest, Even on behalf of the Staff of the hotel Napoleon, and particularly by our Concierge Staff, managed by Francesco Quirinis, I wish to thank you and all the Trip Advisor users for their positive appreciation of our job. As I wrote previously in some responses, our Staff, my family and I, have the pleasure of sharing the true... More

Had a fantastic four day break in the Napoleon Hotel. Very comfortable and spacious room. Decent breakfast with some hot choices. Very helpful and considerate staff (sparkling wine for my wife's birthday was a nice touch). Metro is right outside so it is easy to get anywhere - but also within walking distance of many sights (e.g. Colosseum).

The hotel is clean and beatiful, you can't tell it's 50 years old. Rooms are very nice and stuff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has all you need to start your day in Rome. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the colloseo and 5 seconds of a metro station (the station is just at the hotel... More

Thank you for your lovely review. What I mostly like is the word “affordable” that you use in the title. A I often repeat is that we work with passion, looking to confirm all the great reports wrote by our Guests. One short note about your remark regarding the restaurant. I use to taste personally our Chef’s job and to... More

This place was perfect. One stop down from the Termini and you are literally in front of it, very easy to get to with lots of luggage. They greeted us at the door and walked us to our room. Great size, and had air conditioning. The beds were kinda hard, but I'm sensitive and I think all of the bed... More

Just got back from four nights at the Napoleon. From the moment we entered the front door we were treated like friends. Roberto Lombardi, the front desk manager was very friendly, charming and efficient, a true credit to the hotel. Indeed, all the staff are very courteous and welcoming. Our room was on the first floor, facing onto a courtyard/lightwell,... More

We would reccommend the hotel to everyone because of the value for money and the excellent service from the staff. They are very friendly and welcoming and made our honeymoon an even better experience. You are not in the best of areas but we chose it to be close to the colleseum and because of our budget. Saying that the... More

This was our first visit to Europe (visiting on our honeymoon) and Hotel Napoleon was our home away from home. As soon as we checked in from our long day of travel we were greeted by our first names and were just so welcomed with enthusiasm!
