Great hotel with easy access to the centre and underground. Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and spacious. Overall we were pleasantly surpriced and enjoyed our stay. Going back next spring!!!

At check in we waited 30 min, for our key for our room. Our room was in a other building about 200 meters from the main entrance. The room was tiny ( London hotel rooms are big compared). Our suitcase had to be placed under or on the bed otherwise you couldn't stand on the floor.

Stayed here having never been to Rome so weren't aware of the geography. Being next to the train station, we knew it wasn't going to be the greatest area but the room price reflected that. We found the area around the termini to be not quite as nice as some areas but perfectly safe and also fairly quiet after 10ish....

Very pleasant room with large flat screen tv, comfy and big bed . Reception was very helpful and pleasant -left some items behind- returned quickly by post. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice .
