Location could not be better. However, when paying over $650 per night for a room I expect more. It does not live up to the 4 star rating in my opinion. Room was very basic and hotel is older. Service was good. There are better hotels at that price out there.

Every hotel quality depends not only on the physical aspects - good location but rooms/suites need an urgent renovation. Wifi is very slow; lack of USA or UK sockets plus old furniture no sockets near bed. Bathroom too old. The front desk is friendly and efficient especially the concierge Massimo!! I absolutely loved the heated marble floor in the bathroom. The room was smallish but well appointed. It's a bit of a walk to the metro but overall not bad. I highly recommend the breakfast. It was amazing. Mimosa for breakfast anyone?
