I got robbed inside the hotel lobby while settling my account before check out. Hotel staff were totally indifferrent and uncooperative and refused to call the police despite my calls for help. The hotel has no surveillance cameras inside its lobby and provided no assistance whatsoever although I had lost my travel documents in the incident. More
