Love the place, spacious clean and comfortable! good working wifi and 2 lovely bathrooms with hot showers! The metro is just down the road, you could walk from termini station that is what I did, busses stop 5 minutes away from the accomodation at night, one word of advice use google maps in locating a metro or bus stop because... Well, the rooms are nice, bathrooms ok even if always wet since windows too small. But then the b&b is too far from Roma center if you want to visit everything by walk. 15 min from coliseum, and 45min to the center. So you have to add 20€ by day for taxi or 6€ by day for 2 by metro.... More

It was our first trip to Rome and we enjoyed our stay at the Coliseum Rooms. The location was great--a 10 minute walk to the Coliseum area. We visited other places by Metro and a Metro station is only one block away from Coliseum Rooms. There are two bathrooms for the four guest rooms. It was fine. A full kitchen... More

You can't expect as much as from a B&B IN the city as from Coliseum Rome for that little price! The room were cozy and the bathroom very nice. We didn't use the kitchen, I don't even know if it was supposed to be available though. Clever owner. Well done business. Go there if it's not already fully booked.

The place was in an excellent location and was a 10 minute walk from the Coliseum. The rooms were nice and the bathroom to bedroom ratio was good. Our room got cleaned one day, but not the second, which we thought was odd. The other guests were quite loud and disruptive. Overall we would stay here again for the value... More

My stay at the Coliseum Rooms was perfect. The room looks just like the pictures on the website, beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean! The location and neighbourhood are excellent for this price, 10 min walk to the Coliseum and easy access to the rest of the city via close by train station and buses. Staff were very helpful, offering... More

We had a very pleasant stay at this B&B and highly recommend it to other young people/students. Especially the location is just perfect, although a bit noisy, but you get used to it or just need to use earplugs. If you leave the builing you can choose between several buslines and a metro (there are just 2 metro lines in... More

This hostel was extremely hot. There was no air conditioning, no fan, and we were unable to open the windows due to construction outside. The person that let us into the hostel was 2 hours late, and we never did meet the actual owner of the property. All of the locks were difficult to work, especially the lock to our... More

This well situated 4 room B&B was even better than I had hoped it would be! My friend and I stayed in Room #1 which was large and very nicely decorated and furnished. The bed was even more comfortable than my bed at home! The 2 bathrooms were also very modern and well equipped, and it was nice to have... More

If you are looking for a budget hotel, I would definately reccomend this place. It is a good value for money. Rooms are basic but clean and the location is perfect!
