After booking this on a whim and a very tight budget, I was a bit nervous that we'd be sharing bathrooms with Hannibal Lecter and staying in a hovel for the night- I couldn't have been more wrong- we LOVED it. I want to preface this review by saying that our entire holiday for a week, including airfair from UK... More

Good value. Not posh but serviceable. Easy to find, bus from airport and no taxi needed. Convenient location for getting to the sights. Good pleasant staff and they provided a free dinner because it was my birthday.

After booking a holiday package which included stay at the hotel termini we were told to go to Hotel Piram to check in. Affiliated with the hotel were some apartments nearer to central attractions and a couple of minutes walk from the Trevi fountain. The apartments were decently furnished with a small bathroom and all the general amenities, as well... More

We stayed here in October 2012 for two nights on a budget break to Rome. While it's not an actual 'hotel' it's linked to the Piram just up the road. The rooms are on the 3rd floor of an apartment type building, they're clean and functional if all you want to do is shower and sleep in them. Don't listen... More

We arrived at Hotel Termini, which was easy to find and on the road parallel to the Termini Rail Station, so within easy walking distance. However, it wasn't a safe looking area and the building that the hotel was in wasn't inviting or clean looking. We walked the 100 stairs to the hotel, as the lift was tiny and took... More

We appeared at the Welcome Piram hotel to check in. That was very nice. Yet we were quickly brought down to earth on arrival at hotel Termini. Many seedy looking characters hanging around the vicinity. There is a constant smell of kebabs outside and inside the hotel. Not good. The stairway is dirty and dark and we were quite afraid... More

Hotel Termini is in an apartment block very near to the Termini Station in Rome, and very easy to find. To check in, you have to go 2 minutes down the street to the Hotel Welcome Piram, which is also where you go for breakfast. Termini itself is often unstaffed and feels more like a small apartment than a hotel,... More

Hotel Termini doesn't exist. The actual address just has a board with the hotel name hanging outside closed doors of a condominium located on the third floor. We kept knocking and ringing the bell but no one showed up. Then we asked neighbors and they told us to check in at hotel piram which is some distance away. Once we... More

We reached the hotel from the station with our luggage to find no one there. Someone told us to go to hotel piram to check in. Once we got there we were told to go to a private apartment some distance from hotel piram. The reason we booked this hotel was that it's advertised as close to the station, complimentary... More
