This is an average B&B for the price. The location is excellent and the place is clean, but the host is not always on the premises and getting in and checking in took a while. Other than that, the host - Alessandro - bent over backwards to accomodate us and more than made up for the delay at check-in.

Can't say I enjoyed my stay here. The pictures make it look nice but now....maybe not so much. The bed springs were broken, one of the showers was broken and the other one couldn't decide whether it wanted to scold you with the water of hell or freeze you with the cold of the north. This is an excellent B&B - the quality that you are getting for the price that you pay is amazing. Room was clean and spacious, you can make your own coffee in the morning - there is a coffee machine. Close to the subway and the city centre. Nice and friendly host! Overall very good experience!!!

Very handy B&B, few minutes walking from the Coliseum. Convenient stores out front - even a flower vendor!! Great restaurants. Alessandro was very helpful - made sure everything was OK for us. The espresso machine was broken the first few days, but we were able to get great coffee across the street!!
