Certainly not 4 stars. The hallways smelt like smoke, the wifi was pay per device, we had to switch rooms around because of overbooking, and the attitude of reception when we voiced our concerns was very hostile. Search another 5 min and you'll find something better.

Vi stayed at this hotel in 3 days! It's a good hotel with the greate location! Only a couple of minutes away from Termini station. The rooms are clean but certainly not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay here

This hotel is well situated; about 10 minutes walk from the train station. The staff is nice. Rooms are clean and big enough. Our problem was that the Breakfast is no good at all; very basic and not tasteful.
