Sheraton Roma, a big hotel but thats it. Time to renovate really. Carpets, decor, room interiors, bathrooms, restaurant all needs a transformation. Dont expect this hotel to be anything like the Sheraton here in Australia! Tiny rooms with decor locked in the 70's!. More

As other reviewers have said the hotel is fairly near the airport. if you are arriving or departing when the shuttle bus goes then I would recommend it. Location – metro is 10 min walk away or a short taxi ride. However coming back late in the evening there is a lack of taxis and the walk back is risky... More

Hotel rooms were old looking and in need of a make-over and repairs. Service staff including reception and restaurant staff and concierge were polite and efficient but certainly not very friendly. I don't remember anyone actually smiling at me during my 5-day stay, let alone greeting me. We had meetings on level 2, which were converted from 2 hotel rooms.... More

Stayed two nights at this hotel..the rooms were large and the hotel shuttle from the airport was good,we walked 10 mins too the train station to go into Rome and caught the free Sheraton bus direct to the hotel in the afternoon,check in was a little slow,but the price thru hotwire was great..would stay again if in Rome More

In general we have no complaints , they gave us a room by 12 PM since we reached the hotel fairly early from airport.
