My wife were happy with the hotel. It was clean and friendly. The price was right. We loved the balcony and the view of the city. The only drawback was the location. They were 4 hours late checking us in! We waited in the lobby for 2 hours! People were rude and unwilling to help, in spite of the fact my husband speaks Italian. Not close to tourist spots or the airport, not far from the subway which is easy to use. More
