Average hotel more basic 3 star than 4. Small room, clean, but cramped. Average buffet breakfast but friendly staff. Breakfast area very tired as was our room. Taxi approx. 9 to 10 euros to the centre of Rome or a good 45 minute walk, much more than an hour walk to the Vatican. Not a hotel we will visit again
