We had an amazing stay here. We were in the apartment on the 3rd floor looking out over via Frattina. All the staff were wonderful and friendly.

We've just returned from 3 nights in Rome staying at the Residenza Frattina. We were on the 3rd floor of the building which was above the main floor of the hotel. We stayed for three nights. It is a charming boutique hotel at a prime location, clean and safe. on the second floor of an old building with no lift (to be avoided by old ppl). Overall an interesting place to stay with polite and helpful staff.

We stayed in Residenza Frattina for four nights, and were thankful every night for the great location and the air conditioning! We had one of the suites, and found it absolutely charming, from the amusingly long hallway to the (lifesaver in the hot weather) free mini bar.
