Beautiful hotel. Small, cute in great location. We checked into the hotel and Marco helped us put our bags in storage until check-in. When we returned, we checked in with David. He was extremely nice and spoke 5 languages and had lived in Rome for 30 years. Impressive. When we checked into our room, we were pleasantly surprised that is... More

The hotel is well positioned being 10 minutes walk from Rome terminal , metro and bus stops. Also well within walking distance of Forum etc. The rooms are comfortable and adequately furnished . The staff we came in contact with were helpful and courteous An ideal hotel for a short stay. At breakfast if you dont like the coffee on... More

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. We litterally got there late at night just because we couldn't find anywhere else to stay. Got charged an absolute fortune because were given a room with 4 beds which was the only one left. It was disgustingly dirty, we couldn't operate the air con as they decide it's temperature. The... I got charged for a night I didn't stay because I booked online, because there was an error with the date. So I turned up thinking I had a reservation, and instead they had already charged me for the day before. Instead of accepting that there had been an error they refused to be reasonable and still charged my credit... More

I stayed for one night at this hotel, my last night in Rome. I paid $156 for a single room. The room was tiny, the smallest I stayed in while in Italy, but it was clean. The shower head was bad, but the bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast was about average, but the breakfast staff was rude, which... More

Non- European readers/visitors to this hotel must realise the staff do not have English as their native language, so what is seen as staff rudeness/ignorance is just a question of understanding..a little patience, especially if tired from an overnight flight, will work wonders - I have had bad experiences in the US from 4 star Marriott trained staff!. We found... More

Its a cute hotel, with character, the staff were great in helping us organise our 5 days of sightseeing. The location is great, its close enough to the station (7 minute walk) but far enough away so its not part of the "seedy station" area. It's within walking distance to the colosseum, The Forum and the Trevi/Pantheon sites etc. however... More

When I read the reviews I was a bit concerned but found the hotel to be ok. Breakfast was fine just the usual for continental. Any queries we had the staff were most helpful. The room was average size and the bathroom was a good size though a bit dated. Clean towels every day . We had a safe and... More

This hotel should be shut down for health reasons. Black mold in all 6 of the rooms they offered us. Hallways had evidence of mold in ceilings. The showers were filthy and disgusting. We left after two hours when our travel agent moved us to the Empire Palace (a TRUE 4-star hotel). Thank god we got out. I'm allergic to... More
