We arrived from KL (where we had a fantastic hotel) to be greeted by rude staff. When they deemed to even look at us, they could only 'find' one room (of the two booked), so flapped around a bit before upgrading one room (which apparently was OUR fault).
When we (my wife & I) got to the room (not sure...

Would not stay here again. The rooftop garden is the only thing going for this hotel. Taking the elevators was always an adventure of it's own... we never knew where we would end up. There was always at least 2-3 people at the front desk, but none of them were polite or helpful. The only nice people working at this...

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Diana for four nights at the end of a 9 day vacation. When we arrived, the room was small, which was fine, but there were dark hairs around the toilet and on the floor in the bathroom (gross). The room also did not smell clean, and the odor grew progressively worse during our...

We stayed here on our last night in Rome. It is a clean, safe hotel near Termini Station. We would not stay here for more than a night but the location was good for our early morning trip to the airport. Just off via Cavour - if you walk the length of Via Cavour you will find shops and restaurants...

We stayed here in September 2011 for 3 nights. We took the train to Rome from Siena where and arrived at the hotel via subway. The stop was only about 3 blocks from the hotel so we walked there and found it quite easily. The front desk person (Christian) was extremely helpful and after checking us in brought out a...

We spent three nights at the Hotel Diana in Rome. The room was very clean and comfortable, and convenient to the train termini (a five minute walk) and the metropole station. The front desk staff, particularly Michela, was extremely helpful. She gave us great suggestions on how to navigate the city on foot and subway. The roof garden was a...

This property is conveniently located close to the train terminal, metro, and many good restaurants. Buffet breakfast includes eggs, sausage/bacon, toast, fruit (fresh and canned) cereals, croissants, yogurt, sweet rolls, juice, milk, and caffe (automated machine which makes your choice - loved it!). We were very satisfied with the selection and freshness of our buffet breakfasts.
Since my suitcase didn't...

Our travel agent recommended this hotel. We were so pleased with our stay. It was one block away from the train station so it was no effort at all to walk with our luggage from the train station to the hotel (no cab needed). The area is very busy so felt very safe as well. It was also 2 blocks...
