the only thing smaller than the elevator is the shower, but they all work, so i won't complain. the breakfast was far better than your average italian dry bread breakfast, so two thumbs up for that. the room was quiet, the A\C worked well and the room was clean, and it was less than a 10 minute walk from termini.... This was our second stay (last visit was in 2008 for 1 night). Location is great for getting around Rome. The rooms in Carlitos Way are large, well appointed (loved the small fridge) and quiet. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I would weigh their dinning recommendations for lunch/dinner carefully. Overall feel this place is great value.... More

Decent location, some walking time from train station though. Toilet is big and seems clean. Rooms are nice with basins. Has a nice old style lift, might be a little squeeze if has a lot people. Locker is on a different floor as some of the rooms. More
