Rooms circling central courts rounded by orange trees. Serenity and exotisme of ancient stones very close to the center of the Eternal City and in the middle of real Romans, far from tourist zones such as Navona, Spagna and Trevi. Really enchanting and relaxing. More

Great location to visit the city by bus, foot or bicycles, charming and quiet hotel, nice patio. Trastevere is a real charming neighborhood, We apreciate to borrow bicycles from the hotel and ride along the river. More

You can't beat the location for touring historic Rome on foot. You return to a wonderful neighborhood with small shops and restaurants. My wife and I just returned from an exciting week in the «Eternal City» - and the exquisite and charming Hotel Santa Maria in Trastevere. 
A perfect location, an extremely helpful and friendly staff, the comfortable room (number 20), the excellent breakfast buffet and the great courtyard under the orange trees made our stay a most memorable one.
