Very convenient location - just 5 minutes walk to the Bologna station and 3 stops to Termini Rooms are clean Parking - if you are unlucky and cant find space in the street, then parking in the hotel garage is euro 25 per night and no lift from garage to the reception Bathroom - shower pressure is very poor and... Just ended a tour with three nights at this hotel, it was our favorite in Italy. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and the bartender was excellent both in his demeanor and skill in making drinks. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is also very nice and safe with a few restaurants in... More

This hotel lived up to our expectations. I tried to use my elementary Italian, but English was spoken by all. Front desk staff were rather friendly, and were always ready to give me another Internet code (which was needed after 12 hours, really not a bother.) Beds are very comfortable and the windows were sound proof enough to block out... More

It's a Mercure, so everything is rather standard - nothing to really surprise or disappointed. The location is a bit far from most trourist attractions, but with Metro and bus it's still well connected. If your hotel deal does not include breakfast, then save your money on the hotel breakfast and go out for a breakfast in a local cafe.... More

The Romans Conquered the World because they believed that they were superior to everyone...They still do. The hotel staff was so ridiculously un-friendly you would think they were paying you. They claim that they have Air Conditioner on their web site...yeah right. It's when they want to put it on. They lied to us and told us it was a... More

We were very happy to arrive and find such a modern place. It had clean and very comfortable size accomodations. The people at the desk were friendly and gave us invaluable information such as how close we were to the metro and told us about excellent places to eat near by. Across the street we had a delicious capuccino plus... More

Stayed here on a tour and it was great. My room was comfortable and clean, wi-fi worked fine, breakfast buffet was delicious and staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location convenient to metro and in a relatively quiet area. Lovely neighborhood to explore.

The staff was pretty efficient, and always quite friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was perhaps a bit on the small side but well equipped and clean, though the mattress was quite uncomfortable and in need of replacement. Breakfast was a pretty solid continental with enough choice of greens, cheese and cold cuts that you could've made a... More

Nice modern hotel located in a middle class neighborhood. Rooms are big and very comfortable. Air conditioning only from 6PM to 12 Midnight not good for a hotel that claims to be 4 stars. Staff told us that there was a law that prevented them from turning on the A/C any longer ???. Staff not friendly. Metro nearby.
