Great location, close to Termini station. The rooms are clean and cute, but the bathroom is very small. Breakfast is satisfactory. Downside: it doesn't have wi-fi, there is only one computer available. At the moment on check-in is informed that you are charged 2 euros per day: fee for tourists. The attendants are a rude. In general, the hotel is very... More

Me and my boyfriend spent 5 nights in this hotel. It was really worth the money we payed for it. First of all, it's location is good since it's close to the metro station "Manzoni" (7 minutes walk) and also rather close to the "Termini" train and metro station (15-20 minutes walk). The rooms were cute and clean but a... More

In former reviews I read about rude staff members in this hotel. Well, may be they are not working in Hotel Parker anymore, because we only met friendly and helpful staff during our 3-night stay. The room was spacious and clean, so was the bathroom. Towels where changed every day. Breakfast was served in the basement that had daylight. There... More

we spent 4 nights in this hotel. the first 2 on the first floor, which was very noisy (wallpaper thin walls and noisy plumbing, plus you can hear the trains coming and going to termini station). location: close to termini station, you can use the metro to go everywhere - which is a plus. the downsides are the noise, the... First impressions were not good as we were met on our arrival by an unsmiling, unfriendly, unhelpful receptionist. This same person was on duty another evening during our stay when we enquired about the air conditioning, she was most unhelpful, yet the young gentleman on duty later that night was friendly and courteous and resolved our problem. Fortunately, the majority... More

Maybe it was just the bathroom (much bigger after the tiny one in Paris) but I loved this hotel. The staff are generally very nice. We woke one guy up at 4am and he was still very nice. It can be a bit of a problem explaining something complicated, but language is generally not a problem. Rooms are clean and... More

A good value hotel, with good access to the underground (though Rome's underground is often maligned!), reasonable breakfast, and helpful staff. More

I went with my mom and we had a room with a bathroom... it was clean, front desk was friendly and helpful... location is good because you are near Termini and some buses that make it easy to move around, but the streets between the hotel and Termini might come out as scary... nothing ever happened to us, but I... Ok first of all its a good 15 min walk from the station in the heat with a bag. All transport links are about 10mins walk min from the hotel. And it takes 25mins walk to the colluseum and 1/2 hour walk and metro to historical centre. The room was small basic but clean. The staff ok if you smile... More
