Having read the mixed reviews I was left pondering on our decision to stay! However we found the staff very helpful, the rooms of a very decent standard-newly refurbished and beds very comfortable and bathrooms well appointed. Full modern airconditioning was also available. Breakfast in the area set aside for it was very pleasant and the fresh bread (from the... More

I think the hotel itself was fine, clean, nice rooms, aircon, safety box in room, lovely shower etc, I don't know what people are complaining about for a 2* hotel, it was pretty decent. there are a few restaurants In the area that are nice and the little shop opposite is very handy. Now the down side, You MUST get up... More

Was worried after reading the reviews about this hotel. After staying there for 6 nights I think a lot of them are totally unjustified and perhaps people had an 1. Location. A lot of hotels in Rome are the same as this in that they are part of a large building that you buzz to get into. Same as any... More

The location is awful and poorly marked. The building itself is in disrepair. The staff don't seem trustworthy and TWICE entered my room while I was sleeping only to leave once I screamed at them. My shoulders and arms are completely covered in itchy bites from what I assume were bedbugs. The bed itself was an uncomfortable pile of springs.... More

The hotel was hard to find, despite having the address written down, we were beginning to think we had been ripped off and that the hotel did not exist as there was no visible signage. Once we found the buzzer by the closed door we were directed to reception on the 2nd floor - we chose not to use the... More

This hotel wasn't within walking distance of any of the tourist attractions. The staff was terrible and even yelled at us for coming in too late. No one was available to help us lug our bags upstairs in the rickety elevator. The breakfast was weak and we even walked in to find no seats because the waitress what sitting down... More

Stayed here for 4 nights and we were quite happy with the rooms but extremely disappointed with the service provided by this hotel.. The rooms are quite nice, quite spacious for rome, with a minibar which is very handy to put some food and drinks in, aircon, fairly new bathrooms (at times a bit smelly due to the sewer gas).... If I had read all this reviews before I would not have stayed there. But the hotel is not so bad for it's price. It's old, but the main complain of other reviews of not finding the hotel is simple, if you write it down the address 15, Via Quintino Sella you arrive in a building which has indicated in... More

This is a shady hotel in an old building that is not marked from the street, hard to find, run-down and unprofessional. Our reservations were made months in advance through Expedia. After several attempts to locate the hotel (which no one who worked on the same block seemed to know about) we arrived there at 6pm to find that our... More
