Now I have to admit - if I was compaing this Hotel with hotels of a similar star (ha - ha!!) rating locally - it would be near the top of the list. The Italian grading system is no different to almost anywhere nowadays - confusing and misleading and b/s! The Raganelli is run by a half German / Italian... More

Hotel is very modern and beautiful, very well decorate. The receptionist at check in was very polite. Room was spacious and nice. All in all a very modern 4 stars hotel in the city center and very well connected by bus to all the main attractions of the city. Definitely a good value for money, I will for sure return... More

I stayed at the ragelli for four night in mid may this year and this is my first ever trip advisor review on any destination at all. This hotel is nothing like advertised on their website and I would not only never return to this hotel but urge others to avoid it also. The problem started as soon as we... More

The hotel appears to have been recently refurbished to a great standard, the superior rooms are excellent and offer great value for money for anyone prepared to travel in and out of the city (which wasn't an issue for us, the metro and bus services were very good). The service from staff is very good. They all appear to be... More

The Hotel's interior is stylish and modern and we were very impressed from the moment we arrived. We were greeted at reception by very friendly staff who drew directions on maps for us to familiarise ourselves with. They also suggested a nearby restaurant, which was perfect for our late arrival on our first evening and offered an amazing range of... More
