The rooms here Are very small, even for European standards. Bathroom smelled like sewer gases. Positives-very close to train station and metro, good breakfast included. Probably wouldn't stay here again based on smell of bathroom.

The hotel is very nice! The rooms are clean, beautiful, mirrors in gold frames - very suitable for Rome :)) The breakfast is good, dining room is small but cozy. The staff is friendly. Position the hotel is great, went everywhere on foot! The price is good, the middle of the week is cheaper.

Hotel very close to Rome Railway Station (5m walking). I had a single room: it was small but confortable. The bathroom was large. Excellent breakfast. The staff was very friendly. Nothing to complain about. Competive rates.

Marco at the front desk was knowledgeable, efficient and had a great sense of humour! He gave us great advice on bus routes, restaurants etc and booked our cab to the airport. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights (feb 2013). We actually came in earlier than the checkin time and they were able to accommodate us immediately. I find the hotel quite charming. My husband and I have stayed at the Serena Hotel in Roma Italy for 3 years during the Christmas Holiday and it was lovely. Extremely knowledgeable Staff ,very clean accomodations and a lovely breakfast. Centrally located and a few blocks from the Termini Stations. We found it to be a great location.
