Yes, you can reach virtually all the places you must see (on foot) from this hotel. I played musical rooms with another guest as we kept trying to find a room we liked. If the furniture wasn't falling on me the bathroom shower flooded. Settled for a room the other guest refused with a bathroom that smelled like a sewer.... More

I stayed here in July and the location really is amazing- a 5 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Forum. As a single female traveller I also felt very safe in the area (after being warned off the slightly cheaper hotels around Termini). My single room was pretty small (but clean), the breakfast was decent and the staff... More

The staff at this hotel is amazing, literally could not have been better. Tiger, at the front desk, almost seemed like he was part of our group! Nice location, in walking distance to many sites. The hotel itself is very cute. Rooms are tiny but bright and clean - we wound up with a balcony so maybe we are a... More

While it is very true that the English-speaking staff at this hotel provide a very warm welcome and a lot of helpful advice and information, I'm not sure that compensates for the rickety furniture, stained bed coverings, smudged and dirty walls, and threadbare carpets. Try the 3 star across the street. More

Family trip to Rome to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday and third time staying at Hotel Giardino. Rooms were clean, comfy and quiet and service first class at all times. Special thanks to Tyger and his staff who helped us set up a birthday breakfast on the balcony! Nothing was too much trouble and the friendly relaxed ambience made this... More

Stayed for three nights with my husband in September. Perfect tourist location. Five star staff - the most pleasant and helpful we encountered in Italy. Our room was average size, small bathroom, plenty of hot water and shower pressure, quiet (even though our room was on the street side) with comfortable air conditioning. Breakfast was just ok. Overall, I thought... More

This is out first time in Rome. The room was small and simple but clean. The bathroom was extra small. Both of us have traveled Europe before and were not suprised but I doubt a larger person could fit in the bathroom at all let alone shower. The room was safe and the desk clerks all spoke perfect English. Word... More

This little hotel right by Quirinale and close to the Trevi Fountain is staffed by the loveliest group of young people who are always ready to help out in any way they can. The rooms are small but cute and cosy. It was really easy to get everywhere from here because of the excellent transport options. More

This could not have been a more perfect find for my husband and I on our honeymoon. It is centrally located and you can walk almost everywhere (the Vatican is a bit far, but it is easy to jump on the 40 or 62 bus right from the hotel to get there). The air conditioner was great, and we took... More

Extremely helpful and friendly staff at front desk; fluent English speakers who couldn't have done more to make our visit a success. Excellent location for main Rome sites - easy walk to Colloseum, Trevi fountain, pantheon etc. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable, with some charm. A/C worked fine. Bathrooms larger than typical for cheaper Rome hotels. Ask for a... More
