I had read the reviews on Trip Advisor and Hotels.com and this hotel is just what it was described. Quaint, right in the heart of Rome, perfect location, really nice staff. Price was right and remember all rooms in Italy are small so don't plan to spend time in there other than sleeping and showering (why would you - you... More

We have stayed at this hotel several times and absolutely love the hotel and especially it's location. Staff is very helpful and will arrange pick up or drop off for airport. You can walk everywhere from this location. The hotel is situated in small alley but has a roof top terrace and rooms are very nice and can range from... More

Second time staying at the Hosianum Palace and we chose to go back there for a reason. The hotel is in a brilliant location, pretty much the centre of Rome and everything you want to see as a tourist is within walking distance. The breakfast is good with a good choice of the usual suspects in a continental breakfast and... More

We got an upgraded room for standard price for two nights. Great location, and otherwise everything worked as it should in a 4-star hotel. I would recommend. More

This hotel is in a prime location near great restaurants, the Campo, all things historic.. The rooms are well kept, quiet for the location and the bathrooms, clean and stocked. I give the hotel only 3 points. Quiet rooms, great location, great cloister-like breakfast rooms and breakfast make it well worth staying here, but as a hotel experience overall, it's... More

I really enjoyed staying overnight at the Hosianum in July 2011. I arrived late and had notified the hotel by email and phone that I would be later than I initially expected and the hotel staff were very accommodating. Although it was only one night, I was impressed with the quality o the room and found the bed to be... More

This was the tiniest hotel room I have ever seen. There was not even room to open my suitcase. The bathroom was smaller than the bathrooms on an airplane. There was one narrow window that faced a wall only a few feet away. With no window light, the room was very dark and the lightbulbs were probably the equivalent of... More

Location: perfect starting point for almost any Rome excursion. Breakfast: supposedly served on the roof terrace, in practice served below street level, and consisting of the probably cheapest food they could lay their hands on, including almost stale fruit. AC: sometimes working, mostly not, they were not able to fix this on request. Quadruple room: more spacious than expected (you... More

Stayed a week and found the classically decorated rooms clean, the staff helpful, the bed firm and spacious, and the complimentary breakfast delicious, varied and plentiful. More significantly, the narrow side street location is perfectly safe and couldn't be better for access to all the major sites. True, the carpets in our room looked a little tired, and the TV... We stayed here on our honeymoon and found it a nice, quaint hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped us find our way around the city by giving us highlighted maps of where to go. The breakfast was nice and simple. We had one exciting thing happen though, I think our room was haunted! The TV would turn on... More
