The best feature of this hotel is the location about 1/4 mile from the train station and a 8 euro taxi ride from the bus station. The price of 90 euros for a double with bath is a bargain. The room is very clean with no luxuries--a very small TV, a small desk, but we were happy with it. The... More

After reading the reviews I thought this was going to be the perfect place to stay. A sister answered my mails in a very professional as well as warm way. She wrote: “you are welcome at our home” I felt really excited, feeling we were going to experience a new type of accommodation sharing our stay with some nuns. But... More

We stayed here for 5 nights in July, and were very happy with our stay! Our room was a comfortable size, although the single beds were quite narrow and I almost rolled out one night! The bedroom and bathroom were both immaculately clean, which made our stay that much more comfortable. The shower was the smallest shower I'd ever seen,... More

If you want to have a hassle free trip while in Roma, one of the key ingredients is to stay in a hassle-free hotel and I know just the place - Albergo Giusti. With a price of only 90 Euros per night for a spacious room with 2 beds and a light breakfast before you start your day, you can't... More

This hotel is very plain and on a street that has little to recommend it, BUT, if you are on a budget it has friendly staff, good breakfast and clean and spacious rooms. Other good points...close to some nice neighborhood restaurants, two blocks from the Metro and within walking distance to Saint Mary Major and the Train Station. I personally... More

We paid 90 euro per day for myself and adult daughter. The room was simple, clean, reasonable size and we had everything we required. The washroom was a good size as well. The breakfast was typical Italian with lots of sweet rolls and yogart. No protien. If you order the night before they will provide you with a 'bagged' lunch... More

Wonderful place - the nuns are helpful, breakfast is good, our room was spotlessly clean and, amazingly for Rome, absolutely quiet. The location is great - a metro station is just around the corner, there's a grocery store very close by, and it's an easy and pleasant walk to the Colosseum. Great value - we would stay there again any... More

For our first trip to Rome, we decided to check out a convent run hotel much to the trepidation of some members of the extended family who worried about facilities and curfew timings, etc.. We based our choice on the positive reviews this hotel had recieved on TripAdvisor. The price seemed right and the fact that Indian nuns were part... More

I stayed here with a friend who speaks fluent italian and took me to show me Rome as I had never been before. We were on a tight budget so flew Jet 2, got the train from the airport and then the Albergo Giusti is walking distance from the Terminal. From the outside it is not particularly pretty but inside... This is a lovely friendly place which is ideal for a city break if wanting to avoid Rome's extortionate hotel prices. Rooms are basic but comfortable and very clean. Bathrooms are again clean and more than adequate with a good shower, plentiful hot water and lots of towels. Rooms are air conditioned which we didn't need but would be great... More
