Good location..easy to get to from termini, easy to get to the main sights on bus or metro. Unexpectedly found ourselves in a suite of rooms, clean and comfortable. No hot water on the firwt night but immediately sorted out by the staff. Passable breakfast. Good service. More

Great hotel, great location for the historic sites & the main railway station. Excellent friendly & helpful staff. Massive, very clean, room & bathroom. Free wi-fi. Huge, inclusive, breakfast buffet. This has been the best hotel choice I've made in a very long time! More

Pluses for this hotel as mentioned by others are handy location, and a pretty patio for the breakfast, which was acceptable. The bathroom was roomy enough and seemed clean. However, our tiny room on the third floor had no elevator and was dark and dingy and very badly in need of updating. The lack of elevator didn't matter to us,... More

We regret to read that your stay was not what you expected to be, and we are very sorry that we did not have the chance to understand your disappointment before the end of your stay. We do not have rooms without lift on the third floor on the main body of the building, we may think that your complaint... More

Wasnt too sure when booking this hotel for a four night stay sightseeing holiday due to mixed reviews. On arrival was very pleased with hotel and amenities. Breakfast's were very good with food quickly replenished. I hasten to add the hotel is located not too far from any of the highlights of the city. The price of hotel transfer advertised... More

we had a great vacation in Rome and at Domus Romana Hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, large bathroom whit bathtub, clean towels and bedding every day. The breakfast was nice and the staff was quick to refill if there was something missing, there are many different things to choose from, pastries, eggs, meats, cheese, cereal, fruit, many different juices... Tips and indications are always wellcome as we can understand what guests expect from our hotel therefore we kindly ask you if you could help us understand what do you mean for dry bread. The staff were friendly and answered all questions about places around Rome. The hotel was in a good location near many restaurants and shops and you could walk to some of the local attractions. But unfortunately it went down hill from there. We had no hot water and even after informing staff 24 hours later still no hot water,we had to request... Dear Guest, We thank you for your review. During your stay, a sudden problem to our pipes has compromised the water implant. This unpredictable and regrettable accident, has temporary reduced the effectiveness of our hot water system. We have promptly repaired the pipe thanks also to your notification. Thank you for helping us improve our service and we apologize for... More

Good location but definitely not a four star hotel by any definition I'm familiar with (despite this being displayed everywhere). No elevator to our room and no assistance getting our bags up there. Generally poor service (with the exception of one staff member). Small room. Noisy and ineffective airconditioning. The free wifi was not effective in the room forcing me... More

hotelroom is ok, not good not bad. However we had a thief in the room. Lucky for us we were in the room at the time (3.30 p.m.) and he, after seeing me, left the room quickly without taking anything. After reporting this immediately to reception, nothing was done about it that day. The day after we went back to... More

We stayed at the Domus Romana 1 night before and 3 nights after a cruise. On our first night, we were severely jet lagged and we were given a quiet room (Room 101) reached by going through the courtyard. We slept very well as we didn't hear a sound while in that room. For the 3 nights after the cruise,... More

The staff is great!!! Especially Francesco at the reception, the best man to talk to for restaurants and hints about Rome (he'll even do the reservations for you). The quality of his service is exceptional. The rooms were really great. We went there for our honeymoon, and they brought us a bottle of champagne 5 minutes after our arrival. Very... More
