Three nights in this hotel ruined what was a wonderful 2 week vacation in Europe. The room was unclean, smelly, small, and old. The service was awful - anytime we complained, we were yelled at. Bathroom was terrible even by Italian standards. Water poured out of bathroom into main room. All lights were feeble at best, bathroom nearly in darkness light was so bad. We were booked to stay at Hotel Stromboli but all of our flights were cancelled due to the volcanic ash. The Hotel would not provide a refund of our money even though we expalined our flight situation and cancelled 24 hrs before our checkin date. Do Not Stay Here !!! More

The rooms are too small.There is no bath.(only a shower source at the wall, without a cabin, so the water ends up to the floor of the bedroom).Very poor lightning on the "bathroom".
