Hotel Ferraro has a great location near the Colosseum, the room was fairly clean and the staff is nice, but its overall performance is poor: - small room, which is no problem in itself but it's crammed with furniture - cold shower first day, after that lukewarm - traffic noise in room at the Via Cavour - blankets on the... Me and my wife stayed for about a week at the hotel Ferraro in Rome , and after reading the other comments written by the other guests i must disagree with part of them . The room that taht they gave us was excellent ( larger than we were expecting for a 2 stars hotel ) , very clean and... More

We stayed two nights at this hotel in June 2012. In the main centre of Rome two minutes walk to the Colloseum and Metro. Very handy location. Good breakfast with automatic coffee machines. We have hardly been in the hotel since we went to see Rome but the stay was very comfortable with AC very effective. Shower was slightly compact... More

The rooms are fairly clean but the shower is unbelievably small. The lobby had some kind of strange smell. We were able to get in OK during the day but no one is available afterhours - Alberta at the Hotel Paba next door (not related) often has to help out straying travelers. Subpar continental breakfast with fake croisants and vending... More

This hotel, is somewhat of a joke. We arrived and rang the bell on the door downstairs but nobody answered (they're on the second floor of an office building.) Fortunately we were able to ring a completely separate hotel in the same building who advised us we should walk down the block and around the corner to a restaurant and... More

No one has reviewed this hotel since 2008..!! That's a bit reluctant for us at first. Here we are..! To begin with a direction, at Colosseo Metro Station, go upstair for Largo Gaetana Agnesi. Out of the station, head outer right and continue walking down the street. You will be at Via Cavour for less than 5 minutes and the... More

I wanted to take my husband to Rome as a birthday surprise but funds were limited. I tried booking via an agency ,having seen some cheap deals on the internet. However, as I don't have a credit card I couldn't book wiothout telephoning to pay by debit card. The lady at the agency insisted that they did not have rooms... More

Pina, the manager was excellent in picking a room for me and my daughter for our first trip to Rome. The room was much larger and nicer than I was expecting. Good bathroom & shower. Hotel is in a great location, next to two metro stops with a laundry, restaurants, and Internet cafe's next door. Shuttle services was top notch.... More

Having read previous reviews on this hotel I was a little apprehensive about booking but could not find anywhere else to stay with such a great location and price. However on arrival I was pleasantly surprised. For a 2 star hotel it was clean and adequate. The en suite was very small but again adequate and the beds were very... More
